Using myFocus Mobile from a PC or Mac
myFocus Mobile is available to subscribers from any Internet connection. Simply go to my.focuspos.com and log in with your username and pass- word. From here users have access to their single store dashboards, the check viewers and the managers log.
Selecting A Different Store
If using myFocus Mobile with multiple stores, not in conjunction with myFocus Central, the user will not have access to the Multi-Store Dashboard. Users can select a store by utilizing the store drop down box.
Drilling into Categories and Other Items
Text in blue can be drilled into for more information. For example, selecting Net Sales on the left hand side of the dashboard will display the net sales separated out by Report Group in the main body of the screen. Selecting other items such as Sales by Period - Breakfast, will display the sales information by interval in that time period. Most information displayed in the Single Store Dashboard can be drilled into for additional information.
Using the Check Viewer
The Check Viewer provides access to current and past checks. Users can select individual stores, the current day or previous days and filter checks by number, employee, menu items, payments, and many other options. By selecting the blue check number on the left hand side of the check screen, the user will see the details of the individual check selected. From this screen the user can print and/or E-Mail the guest check to a customer.
Using the Manager Log
The Manager Log allows managers to enter notes for particular days. This can be helpful when sales are slow due to weather, unforeseen events or holidays. Users can select Manager Log and select "Add Note" to create a new note. These notes will be saved and can be viewed by selecting the blue date on the left hand side.
