Managing Loyalty Members
The managing Members windows provides access to member information, shows member transactions and is where you can reset their pass- word. From this page you can also send registration links to users.
Accessing the Managing Members Window
Navigate to Gift/Loyalty > Gift/Loyalty > Manage Members
Managing Members
The managing members tab has three windows: Member Information, Member Transactions and Update Password. Once a member is selected, select the tab you would like to work with.
By default, all of the members will appear on the left hand side of the screen. You can filter these results by selecting "Show Filter Options". To man- age a particular member select the card number on the left hand side.
Note: The members will appear below the filter options in myFocus
Member Information
The Member Information tab displays the information the member entered when they registered or updated their account.
Card Number
Represents the account number or card number of the member you are viewing. Once on the desired customer you can manage their account details.
Active
Customer's loyalty account is active.
Special Offers
Customer prefers not to receive marketing emails. When creating campaigns you should utilize the Special Offer filter to remove all customers not interested in receiving marketing materials.
Member Plan
Mark the plans the customers is a part of.
Save
Updates changes made to the member information tab.
Registration Links
Registration links send out text or emails to the current user or all unregistered users. These can be sent via text or email.
Close
Closes the member management tab and returns the user to the Gift/Loyalty Setup Options.
Member Transactions
The member transactions display all the loyalty transactions. You can filter the results by using the Manage Member filter. You can see the loyalty transaction of one member by selecting the members card number on the left hand side.
Adding and Removing Points
Points can be manually added or removed to a member's plan by selecting the member and then selecting the add points button.
- Select the plan
- Select the Store
- Enter the number of Points to add or remove (enter a - to remove points)
- Select Add
Update Password
To change the password of a members account enter the member management tool and select Update Password.
- Select the Update Password Box
- Select the User
- Enter new password
- Re-enter new password
- Select update
