Creating Survey Templates
The Marketing Templates Window is used to create Emails that will be sent to members. This includes all surveys that are distributed via the Survey Configuration window in the plan setup.
Accessing the Marketing Templates Window
Navigate to Gift/Loyalty > Gift/Loyalty > Marketing Templates
Creating a New Survey Marketing Template
Creating a Survey Marketing Template is identical to creating any Marketing Template with the addition of one thing, the Survey Link. Once in the Marketing Template Window begin creating your Survey Template on the blank text editor. To insert a link to your survey simply select the Cus- tomer Details drop down box and select Survey Link. This will automatically enter a link to your survey in the email.
Note: The survey that will be distributed will depend on the configuration of the plan. In the plan's Survey Configuration tab you will select which Survey to send for people who post points and which survey to send when people redeem points. You will also select the Marketing Template. The Survey Link will reference the plan configuration and is intelligent enough to know which survey to attach.
Note: At the current time, surveys can't be sent on demand. The customer must reach a configured threshold in the Survey Configuration window to receive a survey.
Sending, Saving and Previewing New Survey Templates
Once a new marketing template is created, you can preview, email or save your marketing template.
Saving a Template
To Save a template for future use, enter the name of the template in the box and select Save. This will allow you to use and change the template in the future.
Previewing a Template
Selecting the Preview button will display a preview of the email template you created.
