myFocus Report Access
The Report Access Window is used to define which reports a user has access to.
Note: The Report Access Window controls all available reports, including Gift, Loyalty and Central Reports if the customer is utilizing those services.
Accessing the Report Access Window
Navigate to Gift/Loyalty > Gift/Loyalty > Report Access
Editing Users Report Access via "View By User" Option
The View By User Option allows you to select a user and view all the reports available to that user. Once you have selected the View by User Button, find the user you would like to edit from the User Name drop down box.
The column on the left hand side, Available Reports, includes the reports that are available. The reports on the right hand side, User Reports, are the reports the selected user has access to. Move reports from side to side by selecting a report and using the arrows to move it from one column to the other. To give access, select a report from the left hand side and move it to the right hand side. To remove access, highlight a report from the right column and move it to the left column.
Editing Users Report Access via "View By Report" Option�
The View By Report Option allows you to select a Report and view all the Users that have access to that report. Once you have selected the View by Report Button, find the Report you would like to edit from the Available Report drop down box.
The column on the left hand side, Available Users, includes the users that are available. The column on the right hand side, Selected Users, are the Users that have access to the selected report. Move users from side to side by selecting a user and using the arrows to move them from one col- umn to the other. To give access, select a user from the left hand side and move them to the right hand side. To remove access, highlight a user from the right column and move them to the left column.
Duplicating Access
Duplicating Access allows you to duplicate the report access for one user and give it to another user. This is convenient when setting up new accounts and assigning Report Access to users. To Duplicate Report Access:
- Select Duplicate Access
- Select the user you wish to give new access to from the User Name drop down box on the left hand side. Once selected their name will appear in the User field on the right.
- Select the User that you would like to copy access from in the 'User To Copy Access From 'drop down box.
- Select Copy Access
- Confirm that you would like to Copy Access
