The Marketing Templates Window is used to create Emails that will be sent to members. These Emails include survey distribution, marketing mate- rials and other items.
Accessing the Marketing Templates Window
Navigate to Gift/Loyalty > Gift/Loyalty > Marketing Templates ]
Creating a New Marketing Template
When you first open the Marketing Template Window, by default no template is loaded. You can immediately begin creating an email template. The template is similar to any word processor and you can input images and text as you wish. You may insert customer details such as name, address, plan, birthday and others by using the Customer Details drop down box. These will be replaced with the customers information when a mass email is sent.
Sending, Saving and Previewing New Marketing Templates
Once a new marketing template is created, you can preview, email or save your marketing template.
Saving a Template
To Save a template for future use, enter the name of the template in the box and select Save. This will allow you to use and change the template in the future.
Previewing a Template
Selecting the Preview button will display a preview of the email template you created.
Sending an Email
Selecting Send E-Mail will populate a screen allowing you to enter a Display Name, Subject, Reply Address and Marketing List, Once complete select Send to send your email immediately.
Editing and Sending Existing Marketing Templates�
To edit or send an existing marketing template select the template from the drop down box and select load. Once loaded, the name of the marketing template will appear in both the "Load Template" box and the "Save Template" box. Changes can now be made to the template. When complete, select Save Template and the changes will be saved to the template. For more information on how to preview and send a loaded marketing template see above.
