Marketing lists groups of loyalty members filtered down by specific characteristics. They are used to deliver group Emails via Templates or Campaigns and can be tied to Coupons to narrow the number of members who are eligible.
Note: Marketing Campaigns are static. Once saved, only the current members are saved to the list. The list will not automatically add new members who meet the set criteria, and the list filters will no longer be available. Make sure you give your list a detailed name so you remember the lists filter options.
Creating a New Marketing List
By default, all members will appear in the list. Filter down the members by selecting filter options on the left hand side. Once you have selected all your options, select Update.
Select the fields you wish to display in your list and select Save.

Loading An Existing List
Once a list is saved you can load the list at anytime. Select the list from the drop down box and select LOAD.
Emailing And Exporting A List
Once a list is loaded, you can EMail that list, export the list to a CSV or open the list in Excel. Select the desired icon to the left of the Marketing List.

Prompts you for an email address to send the list to. Enter the email address, select the type of file and click send.
