Rewards Plans allow you to define parameters around your rewards/loyalty program.
Plan Fields
| Name | This is your rewards plan name. |
| Description | The description allows you to show easily to see details about the rewards plan. |
| Coupon Value | The $ amount of the coupon issued as a reward. |
| After X Spent | How much does a guest need to spend to earn a reward coupon? |
| SMS Welcome Message | The SMS/text message sent to a guest the first time they are attached to a transaction. |
| SMS When Points Added | The SMS/text message sent to a guest when points are posted to their account. |
| SMS When Coupon is Issued | The SMS/text message sent to a guest when a coupon is issued. |
| Coupon Limit | Used with Dynamic Coupon plans to restrict the total reward amount per month. |
| Coupon Expires | By default coupons do not expire, however, you can set the number of days in which you wish the coupon to expire. |
Plan Option Checkboxes
| Plan is active | Checkmark indicates the plan is active. |
| Auto-Add members from POS | Checkmark indicates that members can be added directly from the POS. There can only be one plan with this turned on. |
| Send SMS when new members added | Checkmark indicates that the defined message will be sent when a new member is added. |
| SMS on points added | Checkmark indicates that the defined message will be sent when a member's points are posted. |
| SMS on new coupon | Checkmark indicates that the defined message will be sent when a member earns a coupon. |
| Dynamic Coupon | Checkmark indicates that the plan is set to be dynamic dollar amount. |
