Workstation Not Powered On
- Is the station receiving power?
- Most workstations have a power indicator on the screen or near the power button that lights up when the station is receiving power.
- If the station is not turned on, find the power button and press it to turn it on. Power buttons are located in different areas depending on the workstation type. Please see the reference below.
KS6215 / KS6715 / XT3215 / XT3915 |
Located on the left side underneath a door that pops open. The button is a larger round button at the top in blue or purple. |

Located on the bottom right bezel of the monitor along the edge. The button is a small black rectangle. |

Located on the left side under the bottom of the monitor where all the cables plugin. The button is a small round black stick button. |

Located on the right side of the removable system door/panel when looking at the front screen. The button is black with a power symbol that lights up blue when turned on. |

Located on the left side under the bottom of the monitor where all the cables plugin. The button is a black toggle switch. |
- If the workstation does not turn on when the power button is pressed, double check the power cable.
- Some workstations have a single standard power cord and others have a power cord with a power pack.
- If your workstation only has a single power cord, unplug it from the workstation and the wall then reconnect.
- If your workstation has a standard power cord and power pack, disconnect the cables from the workstation, power pack and wall then reconnect.
- If the workstation still does not turn on, try a different power outlet or verify the power strip/battery backup it is connected to is turned on.
