  • Available Awards from myFocus Loyalty were printing on the guest check if a
    member was removed from the seat.

  • Preauthorize SHift4 did not include the check number in the reference.

    • Labor Percentage Report - If the employee's shift is 100% in overtime then it did not display, the timecard for the previous employee on the report is duplicated.

    • Waitlist - The option to send a text message when adding a customer to the waitlist was being ignored.
  • API
    • Secondary Datafeed - The Secondary Datafeed was not exporting Prices 1-6 if Price 1 was $0.00.
    • Givex Gift Card - Do a gift card balance automatically on redemption and redeem for the remaining balance of the gift card if less than the payment amount.

    • EMV - EMV Reapply caused a range check error. Introduced in 12/27/2020 version when
      added support for min/max for EMV.

    • Added option to disable the Paymentree thread from starting on the station.

    • No longer allow split checks if a member is attached to a seat
    • Finalizing a $0.00 transaction would sometimes result in a Range Check error
  • Cash Discount Macro
    • The Cash Discount Amount was not calculation properly with the macro on the printed guest check and Canvas Label

    • FocusOnline Support for printing the Guest Check to the Guest Check Printer of the station configured in MyFocus OLO (via the <PrintGuestCheck value="" tag).
    • Print guest check from Focus OLO as well as specify the number of checks to print

      • The Punchh Header, QR Code (Punchh Key), and trailer lines are printed at the bottom of the guest check now

• Bug Fixes
  • FocusOnline
    • Orders with append guest check for the Remote Check Format did not print the delivery information at the bottom of the appended guest check. Fixed that.
  • FocusOn
    • FocusOn pay a mobile check it doubles the gratuity and shows a balance due of the gratuity amount.
  • Third Party loyalty
    • SpendGo locking up after check closed because of an infinite loop constructing JSON for modifiers.

  • Rear Display/Split Seats with empty seat range check error. (QA01152021)

  • If there are no items on the first seat and a subsequent seat is tender evened and a rear display is configured. A range check will occur because it is trying to find the second seat on the rear display and there is only one since the first was removed when the check was saved. This was because the current seat on the rear display was not updated after the check was saved. We had fixed the problem on the on-screen check in 2016, but never did the rear display check.

  • Line 1 of the Message in the X-Focus Dashboard was being ignored when sent.

  • EMV Last Item not on Remote Check logging information.

    • When using myFocus Office, Embedded Canvas Menu Items for use with Automatic Canvases were not set properly. They were assigned an Item Number of 0 instead of -1

      • A range check occurred if a received-on account "Account Name" was over 38 characters.

      • Cash Payments caused a range check error when the "EMV transactions now verify the min/max amount options in Setup" feature was added. They occurred for every cash payment.
    • FocusPay
      • Shift4 Edit Tips 007 and 008 calls after a tip fail now REMOVED. If it fails a decline is reported and the user must reenter the tip.
    • FocusOnline
      • Validate Check call reduced countdown items therefore the subsequent Start Online Order call did not always have sufficient quantity to place the order resulting in the check created in Focus not containing any items.
