Add Bonus Points To Your MyFocus Loyalty Plan

In addition to customers earning points for their MyFocus Loyalty accounts based on the current Points Plan already set, they can also receive Bonus points awarded based on multipliers on certain days of the week.

To get started:

• Select Loyalty Plans from Setup Options

• Choose the Loyalty Plan that you want to modify

• Under Awards/Bonus Points select the triple dots [ ... ] to the right of Bonus Points

• Click Add New Specialat the bottom left

• Enter a convenient name to use for naming your bonus points
• Enter the desired points multiplier
• Check the checkbox next to the day of the week for which this multiplier will be active.
• Once the box is checked, you'll see start time and end time boxes appear.
  • Designate the desired start time and end times that this multiplier will be active.
• Repeat for each applicable day.
• When finished, press Save
• Add another multiplier if so desired.
• When finished with adding all multipliers, press Go Back
• You're now returned to your Loyalty Plan
• Press Add Bonus Points at the bottom of the Awards/Bonus Points area

• Select the Bonus Points Multiplier that you desire to add to the Loyalty Plan

• Click Add
• The multiplier is now added to your plan
• Complete any other modifications that you need to make to your Loyalty Plan.
• When finished press Save under Loyalty Plan Setup
