How can I find my "venue key"

Your "venue key" (or venueKey, hardware key) is a unique identifier for your restaurant/shop/bar or venue in the Focus world.

Every location that has Focus has a unique venueKey that allows us to know who your system is.

We also use your store's venueKey to identify your account for billing, administration, service/support & security purposes.

How can I find my venueKey?

1. From the Focus store-level login screen, your venueKey can be found by touching on the time display at the top right of the screen
   
2. Once you touch on the time, the Focus About box will be displayed. This box contains a bunch of info about your Focus system.
   
3. Touch on the System tab
4. Your venueKey is listed as HW Key
