Overhead is the costs required to operate a business, but which cannot be directly attributed to any specific
business activity. Focus includes this option in its Labor % Report so Store Owners can account for this.
When viewing a Labor % Report, the Report can display an Overhead % to add into the Labor totals for the day. By default, Focus databases may have 20% already set.
Simply go into:
- Setup>Miscellaneous>General>General>Timekeeping
- Under Scheduling Options, look for the "Overhead %" field
- Place your desired percentage in the field, or set it to 0.00
Once inputted, this percentage will now directly calculate and add onto your Labor Cost when viewing the Labor % Report.
