Email Future Order Guest Check
Users have the ability to Email the Guest Check of a Future Order. Below details the process to enable this capability.

Process
- Step 1: Enable Email rights
- Navigate to Employees > Jobs > Rights
- Select desired Job
- Enable Job Right: Checks - Email by selecting the On button
- Repeat for additional Jobs
- Select Save and Close
- Step 2: Setup Future Orders
- Add Future Order Command to the Functions Canvas or Command Ribbon
- Add Customer Command to the Functions Canvas or Command Ribbon
- Step 3: Assign an Email Station
- Navigate to Miscellaneous > General > General
- Assign an Email Station in the bottom right hand side
- Step 4: Enter Restaurant SMPT Settings
- Navigate to Miscellaneous > General > General > Restaurant
- Enter SMTP settings
- Select Save and Close
- Step 5: Enter a Future Order
- Navigate to FOH
- Select Customer Command
- Search for Customer
- Select Future Order prior to selecting the New button
- Enter Order
- Step 6: Email Future Order Guest Check
- Select the Future Order Command
- Highlight Future Order you would like t oEmail
- Select Print
- Select Email
- Enter customer Email address
- Select Enter
- Guest Check will be Emailed to customer
Note: Emails are sent every 15 minutes. Email will be sent the next time the Email Server sends emails (within the next 15 minutes).
