Copying a Discount from an existing one

You might have discounts in mind that are similar to one another but might have slight differences. Thankfully for newer builds of Focus there is a Copy and Paste button. Here's how to use it.

• Under Setup -> Order Entry -> Discounts you'll find the Copy and Paste buttons down below.

• NOTE: When copying a discount you are copying all the settings EXCEPT Name, Reporting ID and ID.
• Whichever discount you have selected will be the discount settings you'll be copying when you click the copy button.
• After clicking copy you want to select a blank template or a discount you want to replace.

• When you click paste here the settings will be copied over. The name of the Discount will be blank so do not forget to name the discount and click save.
