Purpose - The purpose of this article is to learn how to change the names of the two Certificate options you have in the employee's window to match your establishment.
The certificate's come with default names to start as you can see here in the first image.
To change the name of the certificate's you will need to navigate to setup screen by selecting the wrench and then setup


Now that you are in setup on the top bar Navigate to Miscellaneous and select General
While in the Miscellaneous->General screen you will see a bunch of tabs at the top of the box. Select the one that says Timekeeping. You will see the Certificate Date Options towards the bottom as well. This is where you can change the name of the certificates to match your Establishment.

You can also select the Enforce option if you want. This will make it so it will require a Manager Approval to clock in if the Certificateis out of date.
Now that you have changes the names. You can go back to the Employee section and you should see the new names that have taken effect.
