Focus allows users to E-mail a Guest Check from a Package. Below details the setup process.

Restrictions

Version 7.4 Build 14.7.1 required

Process to configure:

• Step 1: Verify Email Server is configured
• Step 2: Verify Email Settings are configured
• Step 3: Create the Package
  • Navigate to Order Entry > Packages
  • Find an available package
    • Command = Print - Email
  • Select Save and Close
• Step 4: Place Package on Command Ribbon or Functions Canvas
• Step 5: Verify users have required job rights
  • Users must have the Job Right 'Checks - Email' enabled
