Background

The FocusLink Employee Messaging System allows you to communicate with your team by sending messages from CommandCenter, FocusON and FocusOne directly to your staff. Upon clock in and clock out the employees will see those messages and be able to review them.

Troubleshooting

FocusLink Employee Messaging is a simple monitoring function and should not have any issues that require intervention or action.

If the FocusLink Employee Messaging function is not working, it could be that the Focus "Mail" folder is inaccessible to FocusLink. Confirm that the mail folder exists in your Focus directory (typically \\focus\c\focus\mail). If it does not exist, simply restarting Focus POS will resolve the issue.
