Focus eGift: Activating eGift Cards

Congrats! Your customer just received an email telling them about an awesome eGift card to your restaurant. What do they do next?

In the email they received, is a link to activate their gift card

Once they click that link, they'll be taken to a page built specifically for them

After the recipient fills in their first name and last name (email address is already populated for them) and hit Activate My Card, their card will be activated and they'll be taken to a confirmation page

We encourage customers to screenshot this page, so they can keep a copy of their QR code and card number for future reference. But don't worry, they'll also receive an email with the details provided.

The QR code can be used at restaurants that are equipped with QR Code scanners to redeem the gift card.

Customers can also add their gift card to their Apple Wallet (iOS Only) so they'll always have their gift card available on their phone.
