What do I do in eGift Transactions
eGift Transactions allow you to view and administer all of your outstanding eGift cards
Both unactivated and activated cards can be viewed within the eGift Transactions page
To view a gift card transaction simply click on it or the help icon
Unactivated Gift Cards:
for eGift Cards that have not been activated, you can edit the email address and recipient. This is useful if your customer accidently entered the wrong email address. Just click the little pencil icon.
After you've edited the email address, you can return to the list of eGift Cards and "Resend" the activation email by pressing the icon.
