If you're wanting to add your address, phone number or other greeting to the top of the guest check, you can do so by a few easy steps.

Navigate to Setup> (Wrench Icon on Home Screen)
- Locations>Locations
- Guest Check tab
- Under Header, use the space fields to input your Address information like the example above.
- If you need extra space at the top of the guest check for more information or extra space for a large logo, you can add spaces in the Lines field, which will increase the amount of the space between the top and header details of the check
- You may have more than one Focus Location, so instead of typing out the Address information for each location, you can use the Copy button and Paste this information to each location.
Warning! - Please ensure you use the correct Copy button as seen below in the example
- Using this "Copy" and "Paste" button will allow you to Copy & Paste the Address information to each location. Using the general Copy and Paste buttons below at the bottom of the Location Window will copy the entire Location and all of its tabs. Doing so, could cause menus to disappear, routing issues with items not printing and more affected Location-based problems that could arise, like Servers unable to access the Floor Plan, etc.
- Once complete, press Save. Your new Address should now appear on top of the Guest Checks for each location you set this for.
If you would like to add website information or general "Thank You For Visiting" messages, you can apply this same logic to the Guest Check Footer tab.
Navigate to Setup> (Wrench Icon on Home Screen)
- Locations>Locations
- Guest Check Footer
- Under Footer, use the space fields to enter your desired information
- Like the Guest Check settings, you may increase the space of the footer by inputting a number in the Lines field
- Once your information is inputted and correct, use the correct Copy & Paste buttons to input the same information for each location you need it for.

- Like mentioned before, using this "Copy" and "Paste" button will allow you to Copy & Paste the Address information to each location. - Once complete, press Save. Your new Website/Marketing or Thank You messages will now appear at the footer of each check for each Location you set this for.
