Schedule Import Setup

A import can be created to import Schedules into Focus. Below are the specifications.

Restrictions

Format must be comma separated and named schedule.txt.

Fields:
Sequence ID
This value is a sequential number starting at 0 and incrementing by 1 for each record.
Employee ID
This value is compared first with field ID1, then ID2 to find a match.
Time In/Date In
The date in must be a date within the date range of the schedule otherwise the scheduled time is not added. Time out/date out
First five characters represent the time. The date begins at characters 7-16 of the time out/date out value. Job ID
Actual Focus Job ID number (1-64)
