Web Rez Pro - Property Management System (PMS) Integration

Web Rez Pro is a property management system used by hotels to manage guest folios. Focus has various PMS integrations that allow you to charge to a guest's room.

Restrictions:

• PMS Key License
• Focus Version 22.09.XX or newer
• Each station must have internet connectivity as there is no "central pms service", each device communicates directly with Web Rez Pro's server

Setup and Configuration

Misc>Credit/Gift/Loyalty/Customer | Property Management Options

• Type: WebRez
• WebRez Username: <Provided by WRP>
• WebRez Password: <Provided by WRP>
• WebRez HotelID: <Provided by WRP>

Order Entry > Payments

• Name:  Room Charge (or whatever you wish)
• Type:  Account
• Options to check active:  
  • Over-Tender Equal Tip
  • Allow Over-Tender
  • WebRez
  • 

How to Use WebRez Pro in Order Entry

• Like our other PMS Tip Edits are not available, you will want to customize the Guest Check footer with Room#, Name, Tip, Total for the guest to complete
• Processing a charge
  • pulll up check 
  • find the Room Charge Payment
  • enter the tip and total amount 
    • WRP does allow for partial tender of a seat
  • The payment will automatically inquire to the room, return will show guest name and room number as well as provide option to APPROVE CHARGE or CANCEL
