- Menu Items
- Menu items directly sync from Focus POS with modifiers and pricing.
- Able to use modifiers 2 levels deep (modify a modifier).
- Control modifier options at the web level to customize and make the ordering process friendly for guests. You can set required modification options to be different or the same as the store level.
- Attach images to menu items to display as thumbnails and when ordering/modifying an item.
- Move menu items around to reorder them on the menu and modifier groups.
- Utilize Focus' price level options for size/option selection or custom pick the Focus price option used at the web level.
- Store Settings
- Custom URL for each store location.
- Admin portal access allows you to customize settings.

- Specify order type defined by the location along with the desired date/time to receive it.
- The order confirmation screen shows the check number and order instructions.
- Automatic email receipts are sent to the guest after placing the order.
- Guests can add a password to store their information for faster checkout next time.
- New! Tip selection is forced so it is not missed by guests in the checkout process.
Store Level Features
- Orders
- Orders directly integrate into Focus POS to create checks that send prep tickets to the kitchen/bar.
- The operations team can control online ordering acceptance and lead times from Focus POS at the store level.
- Current day orders utilize Focus' Due Time functionality to display when a guest wants it and the Delay Print functionality to control timing to the kitchen.
- Orders for a later date integrate into Focus' Future Order functionality to hold the order until the desired date/time.
- Manage the transaction at the store level in Focus POS for any adjustments.
- The guest's name and phone number are visible on the check.
- The guest phone number can be used for Order Ready Texting.
- Credit Card Transactions
- Authorize.net credit card integration only allows Void adjustments at the store level.
- Shift4 credit card integration allows Edit Tip, Void, Reapply and Adjust Payment transaction adjustments at the store level.
