FocusOnline Complete Overview
FocusOnline is a fully integrated online ordering system for Focus POS. To use FocusOnline, you must have a licensed Focus POS system and a FocusLink connector license.
Orders can be placed and charged online through Shift4 or Authorize.net then sent down to the store level POS. At the store level, the order goes in just as if someone rang it in. It will print to any prep printers based on your routing and timing settings. The order is managed directly from the POS as a normal check.
The initial setup is broken out into two different parts. The store-level configuration involves setup with Focus POS as well as the installation and licensing of FocusLink. The web level setup is onboarding the location for FocusOnline and leads into the online setup of their menus.

Through the FocusOnline Admin Portal, you can make changes to the site configuration. This includes the menus and items that are visible as well as general store settings.

As long as the Accept Orders toggle is on and the store level Focus POS system is accessible, guests may place orders for the current day or future days. All transactional data is immediately sent down to the store level when an order is placed.

Stay Up To Date
FocusOnline is automatically updated periodically with enhancements and features. These are made available to all users, however, may require the store level POS to be upgraded to the latest version.
